Ispica (RG), July 1, 2026 – We are delighted to share some important news with you all: we have received the “Welfare Champion 2026” award as part of the Welfare Index PMI, officially ranking among the top 100 Italian companies out of approximately 7,000 participating businesses.

A result that means a great deal to us, because it rewards not only the work itself but, above all, the way we go about it every day.
In addition, we received the “Inclusion and Social Responsibility” Special Mention—an honor awarded to only three “Welfare Champion” companies across Italy. We are especially proud of this award because it highlights the real impact our initiatives have on people.
The awards ceremony took place on July 1st in Rome, at the Palazzo della Cancelleria, within a national setting where the most exemplary corporate initiatives regarding welfare come together.
A result stemming from a concrete process
For us at Natura Iblea – Paniere Bio, this recognition is not a sudden milestone, but the result of a journey built over time—one defined by daily attention to people and their needs.
We are a company based in Ispica that produces and distributes organic fruit and vegetables, exporting to 26 European countries and reaching thousands of Italian families through our e-commerce platform, Paniere Bio.
Stories that make a difference
Behind this award lie real stories, which for us are worth more than any number.
Then there is the linguistic inclusion project, in which some colleagues dedicate paid working hours to teaching Italian to their foreign colleagues. Take the case of Dalel, for example, who helps a colleague every week to integrate and grow in her professional journey.
Our welfare system is built on people.
This recognition is also due to the many other initiatives we pursue with conviction: scholarships for employees’ children, free medical check-ups and preventive health days, the FISA supplementary health fund, financial support via salary advances, and local social projects such as the weekly donation of organic products to group homes and charity soup kitchens.
For us, welfare is not merely a set of benefits but a genuine corporate culture: placing people, their dignity, and shared growth at the heart of everything.
